Hardin-Simmons University offers two times a year for new international students to apply for admission, arrive to campus, and then attend classes at the university. The Fall semester entry is in the middle of August and the Spring semester entry is at the beginning of January each year, there is not a Summer semester entry for international students at this time.

* The Financial Documents & Finalization Deadline is the final date for new international students to complete their statement of financial backing form and include supporting evidence; i.e. bank statements, savings accounts, etc. These documents must be submitted and approved in order for IM体育平台 to issue a Form I-20 in order to apply for an F-1 education Visa. In addition, all new international students are required to complete their enrollment and arrival to IM体育平台 for the next semester by this date. At this point, new international students must have paid their enrollment fee, registered for classes, submitted all of their visa documents, completed their IM体育平台 campus housing form, provided proof of their vaccinations and medical history , as well as completed their arrival form with the Global Engagement Office. Students who have not completed these items by this deadline will be unable to attend IM体育平台 for the upcoming semester and may be required to reapply for international admission again for a later term.
