We are excited your group is considering a visit to Hardin-Simmons University. While you are here, you will get to tour our beautiful 40 Acres, participate in an admission session, and more. Below is some basic information about group visits, as well as the form needed to register for a group visit.

• Group visits are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
• Requests must be made at least two weeks in advance.
• We welcome groups of students from 9th – 12th grade.
• So that we can provide a better experience for students, we must limit the size of each group to a maximum of 50 students, including sponsors.

Please know we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to staffing and faculty limitations, there may be requests that we are unable to grant.
