2. 离开IM体育平台后，你上过其他学院或大学吗？ If so, please order an official transcript to be sent to the Office of the Registrar, Box 16190, Abilene, TX  79698 or electronically to IM体育试玩reg@hsutx.edu.
3. 你的IM体育试玩账户有保留吗？ 请注意，您的用户帐户将不会被重新激活，直到所有的保留被清除。
   • Student Account – For information regarding an outstanding balance on your student account, please contact the 业务办公室, (325) 670-1001 or businessoffice@hsutx.edu.

4. 你被休学了吗？ 如果你离开IM体育试玩时的学术成绩是停学，你可能还需要提交停学上诉。
   • First Suspension, simply submit the 重新接纳形式 if you have been away for at least one long semester. 注：在休学期间修过的课程将不被我校转学。
   • Second Suspension, submit the 悬挂吸引力 Form to request readmission to the university.
5. 你是否正在寻求重新进入研究生或护理项目？ 重新进入护理或研究生课程需要获得项目主任的批准。 如果超过了研究生学位的五年学位时间限制，则需要单独向研究生项目主任提出上诉。
6. 金融援助
   • File your FAFSA – https://studentaid.gov/fafsa
   • 如果你的财务援助满意的学术地位（SAP）在你离开IM体育平台时是财务援助暂停，你可能还需要提交暂停上诉。 Please email financialaid@hsutx.edu to request an appeal.

When your readmission is approved, you will receive a letter with more information, including how to access your 学生自助服务 for all of your student resources – 金融援助, Student Finance, Student Planning and Registration, advisor information, etc.
