The University Place apartments comprise a 144-unit apartment complex that has an occupancy of 404 beds. The complex has units available in one, two, or four bedroom arrangements. All apartment buildings within the complex come with wireless internet access and the cost of utilities is included in the rent.

Alline F. Brown, Aileen Culpepper, Dr. J.G. and Billie Martin, and Watanabe-Kimura Apartments

Each apartment comes equipped with luxury vinyl tile throughout, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, a couch, bar-seating, and internet. All bedroom spaces come with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet space.

Building 2

Building 2 comes equipped with luxury vinyl tile throughout, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, a couch and two chairs, bar-seating, and internet. Laundry is available for Building 2 residents in the laundry facility next door at no extra cost. All bedroom spaces come with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet space.

Wolf Apartments

The Wolf Apartments are our 2 bed-2 bath town houses with living room and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms, baths, and laundry upstairs. Each of these units is furnished with full sized beds, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, central heat and air, and ceiling fans. The Wolf Apartments are otherwise unfurnished.
